Lior Cohen — Chairman
Founder and CEO of Synapture, he leads the group's technical direction, technology choices and R&D. His expertise lets him drive strategy, architecture, audit and POC consulting; he oversees and stands behind the operational commitments of projects led by Synapture.
Ruggero Pizzo — Vice President of Strategy and Development, Partner
He joined Synapture in 2024 to structure and drive the group's growth; a specialist in corporate digital transformation, he leads strategy and sales policy, and is involved in relationships with clients and partners.
Tania Tropper — Director of Operations & Customer Success, Partner (COO Partner)
