40% of the projects run by our teams involve digitalising procurement and finance functions; Synapture integrates P2P solutions and Registered Platforms (PA) for the mandatory 2026 e-invoicing reform. Synapture is a DocuWare Gold Partner, and also integrates M-Files, Alfresco and SharePoint — solutions that complement Pulse, never compete with it.

Standalone or unifying: Pulse can run on its own or as a unifying layer on top of any DMS already in place at the client. With DocuWare, for example: DocuWare handles quality workflows, indexing and regulatory archiving, while Pulse opens up external relationships and adds business features. Synapture also supports migrations from M-Files, OpenText, Alfresco and SharePoint to DocuWare.
