  • Secure external access — SharePoint documents are shared with customers, suppliers and partners via the Pulse portal (magic link, no account creation required).
  • Multi-DMS orchestration — SharePoint is federated alongside DocuWare, M-Files and Alfresco, with cross-system permissions managed from a single screen.
  • Migration — Synapture supports migrations from SharePoint to DocuWare when legally binding archiving requirements call for it.
