The regulatory timeline
- September 1, 2026: all companies must be able to receive electronic invoices; large enterprises and mid-caps must also issue their invoices in electronic format and transmit their e-reporting data.
- September 1, 2027: SMEs, small businesses and micro-enterprises must in turn issue their invoices in electronic format.
- Exchanges must pass through an Accredited Platform (PA) — the new official name for what, until 2025, was called a PDP (Partner Dematerialization Platform).
