Pulse natively integrates with your application ecosystem

Pulse natively integrates with your application ecosystem — no migration, no replacement, no workflow disruption.

Native connectors with DocuWare, SharePoint, M-Files and Alfresco, as well as your CRM (Salesforce) and ERP. Unified authentication via Azure Entra ID / SSO. Synchronization of the document tree with your back-office solutions.

DocuWare

Indexing, internal workflows and regulatory archiving; Pulse opens the external relationship.

SharePoint

Synchronization of the folder tree, metadata and rights, Microsoft Office co-editing.

M-Files

Unified access to metadata-driven documents.

Alfresco

Orchestration of open-source ECM repositories.

CRM (Salesforce) & ERP

Native connectors and API orchestration to your business applications.

Unified authentication

Azure Entra ID / SSO across all connected sources.

Focus

The Pulse × Salesforce connector

The native Pulse × Salesforce connector directly links your CRM to the document platform: documents, files and supporting evidence are automatically pushed to the account, opportunity or contact record, while Pulse workflows (collection, approval, ECM archiving) are triggered from Salesforce. Sales and order teams thus get a unified view between commercial and document management, with no re-keying or tool switching.

  • Automatic push of documents into Salesforce objects (account, opportunity, contact).
  • Triggering Pulse workflows from the CRM: document collection, electronic signature, approval, ECM archiving.
  • Bidirectional synchronization of metadata and file statuses.
  • Viewing documents directly inside the CRM, without leaving Salesforce or switching tools.

Already proven in production: Pulse Concessions (automotive distribution) and Pulse Qualité rely on this CRM integration; the Alfresco × Salesforce connector completes the offering for open-source ECM environments.

Positioning

Standalone or federating: a complementary platform, never a competitor

Pulse is not an ECM: it's a platform that works standalone or as a federating layer on top of any existing ECM.

  • With DocuWare: DocuWare handles indexing, internal workflows and regulatory archiving; Pulse opens the external relationship and brings business features (portals, Data Room, AI).
  • With SharePoint, M-Files and Alfresco: the same federation principles, with panoramic multi-ECM rights management from a single screen and centralized control of data sources.

Details of each partner solution and our role as integrator are presented in the dedicated Integrator section.
